I just registered (or tried to), and on the payments page (after clicking "I Authorize this transaction") I received the message "Server Error". That was basically the entire message.
Went back and tried it again and got the same thing.
I'm guessing that I'm not registered, although I don't know for certain. I still hope to register today, before early-registration deadline passes.
